Annoying attitude
I called to re-activate my account and spoke to this woman and i am not happy with the attitude she has. I told her i paid for my DSTV yesterday and it is still not on but i understand that it could be the fact that it was off for a couple of months. She asked me if i have read the terms and conditions on the website, i was like uhmm, are there any amendments to what has always been there?she says yes but i must go to the website and read them then call back. Now tell me, does this make sense? is it really that hard for a consultant to read out the terms for you and you accept verbally over the phone? I had to open the webpage and read just so i can say yes to her before she connects me back. Don't get me wrong, i don't have a problem with accepting the terms of service. It's the attitude that ****ed me off, what if i was blind and i couldn't go to the web to read? Then she puts the phone aside to start gossiping about me to her colleague. Seriously??? in my understanding a call centre consultant should be someone who has good skills in dealing with people. Train your employees!
