Annoyed with a Capital A
I have contacting multichoice for two weeks now, they have a special of R799 with an explorer. They called me took all my details ect down and said they will do a credit check and get back to me, well I am still waiting for someone to call me. I have been contacting call centre, cannot get to speak to supervisor/manger as never available. I have emailed nothing, I sent message on the contact us email got number for DPP and only to be told I failed my credit check, which I find ******** as I have done an ITC report on myself and have NOTHING outstanding. I went to multichoice office this morning at 7am no supervisor/manger to help me only to be told someone will call, now 10.05am and NO call. I have been a customer with them for over 20years and this is the way they treat a valued customer. I am so mad and I just think their service SUCKS and there is no-one that you can get to talk to ever, I think just because they have the monopoly they can treat people like this. What happened to Mnet cares, well I don't see any caring here
