Worst experience ever!!!! Been taken from pillar to post, speaking to 5 different agents and having to explain your situation over and over again but one has a ticket number...Having 5 different people giving you 5 different explanations and blaming the previous agent as if they don't work for the same company then saying we apologize for the inconvenience we caused but you must still pay for our errors.
