Annoyed customer

why are we paying for a service we are not getting? When calling the call centre they put you on hold for 30min without communicating with you. The incompitence is mortifying, managers are never around to help you. I've been on the phone with Sindisiwe, Bongi and Phindi and all 3 they put me on hold and never respond
