Annoyed by these lies your Consultants keep telling

Multichoice still haven't even bother to resolve my issue. They gave me a call and said they'll call me back, I'm still waiting and it's been a week. They are not only lairs, but the most annoying is the empty promises of helping and never do.

I just want my refund back, I'm no longer interested in anything else really. It's almost May and I've been waiting since February for them to assist me, but all of them just don't. I want my refund and that's it.
