Annoyed and frustrated by DSTV

It's crazy that I'm even still using this horrible thing called Dstv I pay 1200 every month but I have to always struggle to get help Their watsaap self service is as useless as their agents my dstv is not working tried clearing the error 5 times now and they keep saying it has cleared but its still not, my kids cannot watch cartoons I am very annoyed of the service this is pathetic ????????????
