Day light *******. I went to a DSTV outlet to upgrade my singleview to Explorer DSTV. And this IDIOTS continued charging me for the single view decoder. And every time I called to get answers there was no one who could explain why i was charged R809 for a compact package. And now I have been chatting to ANNA who is very rude who changed me after explaining that I was told if I updgrade to compact I'll pay R53 only to find that there's a fee of R530 due next week which I was not made aware of. When I decided to downgrade back I was suddenly charged an extra R200 downgrading fee within 2minutes of having a conversation with this people.

The mafias now charged me 25 Oct 2025 DStv Compact Subscription R200.87 which was not communicated to me. If I knew i would be charged I would have opted to not subscribe. and guess what Anna doesn't know where the amount comes from.
