Angry overcharged customer

Dstv has been giving us problems every other month with payments. My subscription is R399 but everytime we need to pay more. This month i paid R950, bcz of apparent debits not being paid. That is R400 x2 plus reconnection fee. Now i receive a sms that dstv will be switched off as we still need to pay a R200, what kinda bull**** is this. This is why ppl stop thr dstv and rather get wifi. ****ing pathetic.
