Angry 😠 Dstv customer

I m disappointed with Multichoice as 1 of the big companies. I have been told I hv balance brought forward because on their system my payments are not showing of which to me doesn't make sense. I have sent through my proof of payments and still I have not been reconnected. I have made numerous phone calls at my expense n they don't even call back to let me know what is going on.
