Angry DSTV Customer

I'm really not impressed with the services that I have received from MultiChoice in the last 4months... List of my issues are as follow

1. July 2018 I was given a pvr2 decoder with a pricelock plan for 24months on a debit order package.... In April 2019 MultiChoice stopped to debit my account and moved me out of the plain with no prior notice... As to my knowledge I was to be in a locked plan for a period of 24months then my services were suspended with no notice as well then when I contacted them I was told my account was moved to cash with no explanation to date

2. My account billing went up dispite the fact of being a contractual agreement to be in a pricelock plan for 24months month in April I was affected by the increase which should not have app**** on my account until July 2020 still contacted MultiChoice and was told this billing is because of the showmax account which to my understanding it should be covered as I'm a premium subscriber over a period of 11years... Each time I contact the call centre to make queries regarding this billing and constant issues on my account I'm told there will check and put me on hold for a max of 47mins with no resolution.... I've asked for recordings for the call when this product was offered in July 18 with no luck and no answers to my questions instead all I get is consultants hanging up the phone while in contact.

3. PVR functions being disabled again without my concern and being put on hold for a long time... I'd say about 38mins to be precise with no resolution.... Is this fair for us a customers? We only get told they just updated their systems and some of questions cannot be addressed at the system is still busy or they offline....

I know they are currently retrenchments going on... This affects the offices and currently have agents in the Port Elizabeth and Durban offices to assist with the number of queries and calls coming through but is this fair for us customers to be this negative experience for agents that are still in training or no product knowledge?
