Multi choice has again disappointed, I called on the 03/04/2023 to add an internet offer to my current compact pricelock package, the router was delivered on the 06/04/2023 then I was informed that I will be paying R499 including internet connection every month When I tried to activate the router there was no internet connection I then contacted multi choice on the 08/04/2023 around 12h the consultant said the reason might be the SIM is not RICA then I immediately drove to MTN store then it was RICA then again there was no internet connection I called again the second consultant promised she will activate the router and SMS will be sent to confirm within 48 hours Today I saw 48hours passing then I called again the consultant then told me the same story of 48 hours then I refused and requested for the return of the router she Futher tol me that I must be aware that my price lock is currently cancelled and I will be paying cancellation and access fee which amount to a total of R808 This is a total shock as I never cancelled my current price lock subscription on the 03/04/2023 was for adding internet connection not cancelling my current compact pricelock package The consultant then cut me off instead of escalating my dispute I use a lot of airtime trying to resolve the router problem and unauthorized cancellation of my current price lock subscription DSTV consultant cancelled my subscription without my permission and added amount I do not have knowledge about, if I knew that adding a service with DSTV means I get de*****ed I should have never tried to add internet connection to my account Please correct my account of this unknown cancellation and added cost and keep my account on the Price lock compact subscription I have been using Ok will not be taken for a fool and made to pay added cost I never requested a cancellation
