Angry customer

My name is Minenhle Mtshali with Id number ***. Its been 2 weeks now complaining from Dstv on their live chat and WhatsApp, I do not have channels on my streaming App, only sports, they have asked me to sign out and delete the app and sign back in again but nothing is happening..this is my 3th week now without any channels but come end of the month they are debiting the whole 369 amount. I want someone to call me urgently and fix this or cancel this nonsense because it looks like im paying you guys for free, i cant stream anything!!! Somebody who knows their Job to contact me because I dont know how many Agents I spoke to without any help.. what happend to you Dstv with the poor service!!!
