Angry customer

Please i neef help,i am tired of dstv,now i paid my account the amount of R990 and my services cannot be reconnected i have been calling them and i was put on hold for 20 minutes knowing that their number is not for free,and now when i call their IVR machine cannot pick up my profile and also when i call their CC i get the same issue they cannot see my profile, so i am really tired of fighting with them.please help me i need my services to be reconnected
