???ANGRY CUSTOMER...

Im a very iRate customer ive been paying multichoice very well however they not giving me a good service... My channels are not working, they have sent three people already to check my connection and it only works for half a month and start again, in Nov or Dec they send another guy from Maponya mall by the name of Bafana to fix i told him to shift the dish as it might be the problem he assured me that it wont give me problems i even took his personal number, wen it started giving me problems i called him again to sort out the matter he said i must pay R400 so my question is how many times must i pay multichoice for their bad service? ?????
