Angry customer??

The service is appaling??? my decoder was destroyed due to the storm yesterday, went to the branch in Galleria and the branch was closed, and no one cares to notify us, had to go to the branch at Umlazi, stood there for over 2 hours for them to tell us the signal is offline and they can't help, and the signal went off line just as they were about to go home... Coincidence????
