Angry and dissapoited

Hi, Multichoice sales called selling a new explore decoder saying it's a special for the senior citizens who are paying by debit order that I will be saving some money for 24 months by paying R199 per month not the same amount I have been paying, to my suprise the debit of the same R474 went through this month I am very disappointed and angry. again, they send an installer for the new decoder since he left, I did not enjoy watching my TV because of the faults on installation when I try to call him his number is off. The guy's name is Magangani the cell number ***. I am sop ****ed off I don't want the decoder I want my old decoder they must either come fix or take their ******* off my house.
