Angry 48 hours customer

I have internet router with dstv,firstly the data doesn't last even a week, so today I recharge since the data are finish ,the router still shows no internet 😑 😐 😒, when I watsup dstv they told me that they will top up the data after 48 hours, after paying, I did pay for a top up, my kids must watch t.v ,do homework with the 48 hours data ,dstv m not happy if u treat customers like this please come and collect your router cause it's not helping even after I payed for a top u
