ANGRY

I am a frustrated and anguished at the service I have received from Dstv. I paid my Acc and sent the proof of payment to the help site email address, but my Dstv has been disconnected 3 times!!! I have waisted so much money calling into their call center and worse of all the stuff is rude and unhelpful. I have sent my proof of payment to a number of people that work at this place Every time I call into the self service center I get told a different amount that I need to pay

DSTV (Multichoice) IS DOING NOTHING BUT TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS
