I dont know which one is better, being stupid or being rude but definitely not both at the same time. I called your call centre now and the stupid and rude agent who could not even understand me was not only rude but useless too, for a while now, I am not getting English commentary on 204 and she could not help me cause she lacks respect for clients. I hope you listen to the call and take action against her cause she is the reason your brand is seen as useless.
