ANGER AND DISATISFACTION
I called to change my package and the amount the consultant gave me was wrong. I paid what was given to me and still they disconnected my services. I called more than 3 times holding on for 30 to 40 minutes each time and went on to their self help services .To date my query is not resolved. they could not even apologize for their mistake and expect me to pay for their mistake and wrong information. Is it not enough that we watch the same things over and over again? I have people on the OVHD that says its not that bad as
