You did not give me an update on my previous complaint about the same issue but there has been no improvement, Your adverti*****t of ALL the test matches is totally false and needs to be taken to the advertising standards. Yet you failed to air another test series, This time England VS West Indies, Before the WC I signed up again as your aggressive advertising guaranteed that all cricket will be aired, You have **** about this and failed, Are you people so hard up for cash, WHERE IS OUR TEST CRICKET!!! If this persists I may as well once again downgrade to a much much lower bouquet or once again cancel, When your subscriptions were a lot lower we never had these problems with you or are you making it your business to sideline us, and stop being so rude and respond to my query
