******* and Disgusting service

I signed up for DSTV stream for the Rugby World Cup for August/October 2023. I then cancelled the services in Oct/Nov as it was month to month. They continued to debit my Card with R699.00 which I then phoned and cancelled for a second time. I then contacted them again in June 2024 and esculated it with Reference number: *** and was told my query will be dealt with in 24 Hours. Its now 3 weeks later and after phoning 6 times, one call being placed on hold for 1 Hour 20 minutes, I am still being debited and DSTV has done nothing, Disgusting service and a bunch of theieves, would like to take this further.
