An unhappy deceived, misled and misinformed customer
On the 9th June I experienced a poor signal, I then called multi choice, they told me to reboot the decoder, the problem percisted to installation wizard, I called them again, they gave me instructions as to how to fix it,still it couldn't get fixed, then they told me to check the signal and quality strength, they then told me that if the signal and quality is on negative 1, I must let them know so that they can allocate an installer from multi choice. Indeed the signal and quality strength was on negative 1, I then called them. I then asked them how much do I have to pay, the agent told me there is no fee. I only called them on Tuesday the 13th June when I came back at home as I was away for a weekend, the agent that I spoke to also confirmed that I don't have to pay. This morning again, I called multi choice to assist with an installer, they gave me contacts and again they confirmed that I don't have to pay. I found the installer, upon arrival the installer said I need to pay him, I explained that multi choice said 'no call out fee, no billing. The installer then left without assisting me, then now he demand a call out fee from me that I don't have. All the agents that I spoke to said the same thing, that no fee that I have to pay to the installer. I spoke to Ayanda, Noxolo, Oyama and Lalitha.
I want multi choice to sort out my problem as I have paid them the monthly subscription that I'm not enjoying and also to sort out the installer as they have misled and deceived me and leaving with a problem with an installer.
