Amount Due Complaint
I have a number of decoders on my account which amount to about R2000 subscription monthly.<br> <br> I have logged on my dstv account just to check my balanced and I am shocked that I have to pay R3600 next month. I have phoned into dstv and the explanation that I got was not satisfactory.<br> <br> Apparently because I am a panellist and do not qualify for a R799 deal etc, did get get it.<br> All I want is to pay about R2300 subscription and even if it means that I am no longer a panellist, so be it.<br> <br> Thank you
