Amazing Service from Lindo

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Lindo at DSTV Customer Service Centra. On Sat 6 June I took my sisters explorer in as it was not working. She was really friendly and showed such eagerness to assist. The line was long and I was expecting to deal with someone who is uninterested and perhaps tired, but she was the total opposite. she advised they sell remotes as well, I ended up buying one, she explained the info on warranty. She tested the explorer to make sure it plays and made sure to constantly sanitize everything before she gave them to me. I truly appreciate this much care, its well received especially while we are dealing with Covid19. The effort she puts in to make use of the sanitizer is totally impressive, it definitely put me at ease. Thank you Lindo and I hope you are like that to all customers.
