When all hopes lost and all avenues exhausted of trying to resolve an overcharge dispute on my dstv account for the past three months, who would have thought that there are good people within dstv a most unlikely source on dstv now (webchat) to resolve my long outstanding issue.

Well done Ntswaki. for the amazing customer service via the platform.You are an absolute star, and you have set the precedence of Customer Excellence and customer retention.
