Amanda Ndlela Multichoice
I want to talk about Amanda Ndlela today. She is a star, knows her story and she is so patient with her clients.
I had an issue with my Showmax from Saturday, I went on Live chat and also on DSTV WhatsApp platform with 4 agents and all of them failed. Monday I decided to call the call centre and Amanda Ndlela answered and within 3 minutes she resolved a query that other 4 agents couldnt even solve in 48 hours. I wish all agents could be knowleagable about the products like she is. I am glad that call was answered by her. She deserves 10 stars
