Amahle Gcuwa and dstv give very poor or no service at all

I took up an offer to reconnect compact plus @ R379 pm for 3 months. Once I had paid the subs and was reconnected, I noticed further charges on my dstv account.

I have called in a couple of times but got no finality to my query. Instead, my account balance has grown since my call to Amahle Gcuwa on 30 Aug.

She had promised that she will: - reverse the charges by the end of the day - call me once she had reversed the charges

I have since received no call from her.

When I wanted to pay today, I noticed that the balance due has now grown.

Pathetic, I cannot be calling into dstv every two days for a lousy query like this that can be sorted in a few minutes!!!!!!
