AM TIRED OF PAYING MONEY THAT I DON'T HAVE 😭😭😭

Am not happy abt dstv in December I paid almost R800 why I don't know... Then I let them to disconnect it on January.... When I check my balance to pay it was R590 I called them to let them know am downgrading they told me I have to pay R80 for downgrading I did pay that then I called again the lady who was assisting me told ne about my subscription where buy I have an over a year done paying that subscription... Kindly assist cos now am confused that am still paying for a thing that I was suppose to finish paying it on 2023
