Am not happy at all.

Horrible. Am flabbergasted with multichoice, I ordered a dstv internet router 30 December, it's active delivered but not to me I keep calling them to ask what's going on with my delivery they keep telling me that their managers will call me back it been 5weeks now nothing. I still don't have my router but am paying for it. Multichoice customer service sucks they put money before their customers.

Multichoice is a ****. I wanna councel my account with they they treat us like we not paying customers.
