Am I paying the account twice a month???

I make manual payments each month as I refuse to go on debit order. For 2 months now, when the payment is made, I receive confirmation that it went through. I get my sms notification and it reflects on my statement as well as the multichoice statement that the payment was made. However, sometime during the month the figure disappears from my statement and a week before payday, the amount goes off my account again? Is this a ploy from Multichoice to get more money from my bank account? I don't get the initial payment back but i just notice that my available bank balance is less. When i check my statement, the payment is back on my statement and I'm another R779 short?? If you can't get your manual payment system to work then don't advise customers to use it coz i feel that I'm being de*****ed by this company. My last payment made was 29 April, i have the sms and it reflects on the DSTV self service portal but it's no longer on my bank account. I want answers today please!!!!!
