ALWAYS BEING DEBITED MORE THAN NORMAL RATES

<p>Dstv debits my account with an extra amount every month, when i asked to refund the extra amount that was debited, i was told to wait for 14 days.. Their statements are never updated and always show that the account was in arrears when in actual fact if the account was in arrears the dstv should have been cut off.</p> <p>Dstv needs to update their systems and cannot use the same excuse every month that this is happening to most customers</p>
