Altercation with dstv customer service agents.

I had an altercation with one of customer care agent at Multichoice Randburg about change of ownership since I couldn't get help telephonically and via emails, I actually done disservice to myself by going there thinking I could get help, I could have actually left my dstv closed. The agent was even telling me that she can't take ******* and mistreatment from a customer which I feel I didn't do because I was just raising my concerns and wanted the Supervisor which didn't help much as she continued with altercation further saying she'd rather not attend me. So I decided to carry on with change of ownership, myself and new owner went to get proof of residence, came back, went a new agent, only to be welcome with an attitude based on the report she got about me from her colleague, i feel she gave bad attitude because she has already judged. So I need something done about this, that is not how customers are treated
