Allocation of Payment
The DSTV team is failing to allocate my payment to the relevant account even after I have made several calls to them. Xolela Matomela who attempted to assist me wrote an email to Journal Escalations on the 4th of July 2023 to assist with the allocation and that has not happened since today. They are charging me reconnection fees while this is their fault, not mine.
