Allocation of Funds

Hellow... I made a double payment on Dstv in June 2023 now other payment appear on their system other one doesn't appear when i call them they ask proof of payment then i sent to them on the 6th of July and then say they got the proof and they will allocate my funds to my account till today they didnt allocate my funds when ever i called they promise to but they dont .now my big problem is i cant pay my Dstv because the disconnecting and reconnection fees keep on going up because of them
