Alleged upgrade in June

***0 Acc First call done 2 weeks ago 30 min call,got dropped,my sister called and subscription was reconnected and and today again subscription cut off because of a alleged upgrade my Mother did on this acc in June. No call recording even today to prove that alleged call,every one wants to speak on the system,but no extra mile to determine problem. Called today spoke to Alyssa also explaining the system shows my Mother owes due to compact subscription, she said she spoke to team leader and will be reconnected and will be investigated but system will cut it again automatically due to outstanding balance,but right now still cant view even after call was done @09:20 am today
