All streaming services disabled
When I want to stream content via die SuperSport of DSTV websites I get the message that I am not a DSTV premium customer with PVR access and thus not allowed to stream.<br> <br> The funny things I am both of these things. A premium account holder and I pay the additional R80 for PVR access. <br> <br> Logically I thought this might just be a small technical problem and I decided to give the DSTV call centre a try. Lets just say after two attempts, each time with a different consultant, my problem is still not fixed. The most popular response being that the service should work.<br> <br> Out of pure desperation I side stepped the call center and emailed the support department directly. Also receiving a email stating that the problem is fixed and should work.<br> <br> Guess what, I am still unable to stream with the same message appearing.<br> <br> I would appreciate it if a knowledgeable technician could take a look at my problem and attend to it as soon as possible.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br>
