All I want is service!!!!!!!!!!!

Multichoice doesn’t even deserve the 1 star given. I have app**** for their Black Friday deal earlier this week, the call drops just before it’s complete, the agent doesn’t call back when we call in no one can see if my application is valid. We speak to someone they say we need to speak to the original person who doesn’t call us back. Everyone says we will be in touch within 48 hours only to tell us they need someone else to call us in 48hours!! The service is ********** for such a big company!! Imagine they can’t even Assist with a simple sale. It’s laughable..
