All channels scrambled except 205

<p>I paid for an upgrade to premium yesterday. Today all the channels except 205 the soccer were scrambled with E18 error so I was unable to watch before I phoned the call centre. The decoder is working fine so please give me a one day credit otherwise I will cancel service.</p>
