All centre staff are not friendly and packing are priced way too high.

<p>Called multichoice today to upgrade package for one day so that I can watch cricket for the day. I was told I cannot upgrade it just for the day, I can only downgrade it when my invoice is due. The agent also never made any suggestions on what I can do. No package that will suit my pocket. Plus if I upgrade I have to pay within 24 hours. Multichoice has taken control over everything. Users have no choice but to pay the high prices for packages. Their are no alternate providers in SA. Disgusting!!! </p>
