Airconditioning Specialist Centurion

I contacted DSTV installer ( mother Company is Airconditioning Specialist in Centurion they send there technician 's and changed every thing but the decoder and system still did not work . I had to get another installer to come and complete setup

They are *********** and have now idea what they do and Insisted that I pay them R 1650 -00 they even followed me to the bank ; I have spoken to some one on whats app and they promised me to refund me the call out fee and hour labour but nothing has happened
