<p>I am disappointed with Dstv, every month I must call over and over if its not one thing its another, incorrect billing, banking details, suspension, debit orders issues, I am tired now, can you please correct or fix this nonsense, you request us to use your debit order system but its making our lifes difficult</p>

We would like to express our deepest regret for the inconvenience caused in this regard.
As per the feedback received from our finance team, it has been advised that you need to pay R2113.20 for the reconnection of your service.
All the payments that were previously paid into your account was paid from someone else's bank account. For this reason, we had to debit all the transactions from your DStv account to the rightful owner. Please be aware that you need to pay the full amount for the reconnection of the service.
Once the payment reflects in your account, the service will be reconnected.
