Ai multichoice **** price locks
Multichoice... After 10 complaints,logged daily about ultra price lock...2 weeks ago I was told you'll deliver decoder to our work on which I'll call installations to book installation...it's weeks now,no delivery. You in last month billed me even pro rata...and after fighting again...my double pmt (eft and dt.order) were all updated...leaving the balance for Pro-rata of R290 (to date the problem rata wasn't even benefited). This month my balance is R329 ( we rented one movie @ R40) - so doing math...R934 + R934 = R1868 pd end April...with no extra costs. Leaving credit of R934 for end May...with rental of R40. NOTHING changed except your huge mess.
So either keep your **** **** of a deal,or hetcthe decoder to me ASAP...and I choose my own installer at price lock cost...and correct my account.
Or I will make sure people know NOT to fall in this trap you made,that is just endless headaches @!!!!!!!
