Aghast by Multichoice!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I have not even started my relationship with DSTV and already they are failing in delivering decent service to me as their customer. I got approved for a DSTV Explorer, and confirmed my delivery address. I called 3 times on that Friday as i saw a different address on the courier's site and was told to disregard the information i saw as the parcel would be delivered to the correct address. Fast foward Monday, my mother-in-law in Soweto advises she signed for a decoder under my name. I live in Pretoria and will not drive to Soweto to fetch something i severally requested to be delivered to me. I’ve been calling everyday since and no-one has helped me, but should i fail to pay, their accounts department will waste no time in letting me know. No apology, feedback or solution. I have to be the one that calls and its still of no help because i just get passed around and given empty promises!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
