There was a lady who got very frustrated because I was trying to tell her that they keep phoning telling me my old decoder will need to be upgraded. She started yelling at me telling me do you wanna cancel your subscription. I asked her after the call if I could talk to somone about how she spoke to me and she put the phone down in my ear.
