Agents not trained on their internet

While the internet has been flawless the customer services and activation and overall administration of this product is absolute trash. I would not recommend it even to my worst enemy. The call centre agents will put you on hold for hours to go and ask the supervisor stupid questions. Seems like they are not trained at all. So whatever you do save yourself the trouble of purchasing the internet deal from them. Nonsense service I tell you. I once spoke to a supervisor who stated that they would get back to me regarding a rude agent. Never ever happened.
