Agents are so misinformed

If there was a better option than DSTV I would run to that option, since Friday I have been having a lot of communications with DSTV agents regarding a simple thing that I believe it should have been resolved a long time ago and very easy but they all seem confused in their replies. They are so unprofessional and incompetence.<br> Last week I asked the agents on twitter on how much I should pay to get the Access package from Compact package, they told me Access is R99 pm and reconnection is R50 so on Friday(23 Oct) I paid R160 and after that I was told that I am still owing and if I don't pay in the next 24 hrs my services will be disconnected when I asked how much they told me I had an outstanding fee of a region of more than R200 then I asked them why because I have never used the service for some time as I could not afford the compact subscription and they explain things that even now I don't understand and they promised to call me to explain and they did not, so I sent an email yesterday and they also rep**** and seem confused as they did not explain the same things the twitter guys explained to me, my question is how can I now have to pay more than what I am trying to avoid to pay
