Agent Super Star (DSTV Call Centre Agent)
I have just had a shockingly beautiful experience with one of the DSTV call centre agents. Pity I didn't catch her name. I was calling to activate a Explora decoder and transfer my credits in an old HD decoder I was discarding. She was so, so calm and patient. Offered all necessary and relevant products. I really am in awe and I hope and believe she will do great things in future. I am really shocked.
