Agent rude to client

I received a call from an agent female from nr :*** firstly telling me that all call are recorded and then thanking me for being a valued customer,then she tell me about a waver premium in the event of my death,i informed her about my previous complaint to DStv about 4yrs ago,she shouted at me telling me that I don't have a choice,I then told her that as a customer I do have a choice and I told her I am dropping the call. Should DStv add on any further fees,this would account to *****.How did DStv employ this person,further steps should be taken, clearly this person. Doesn't know telephone etiquette.
