Agent NOT helpful
I sent a message through Dstv "chat" to be assisted with a query I had. There was a wrong amount to pay as Im using Compact but the amount showing was R780. Instead of the agent actually trying to sort the matter out she left me more stressed and frustrated. Even when I communicated this to him/her. He completely ignored what I was saying and kept giving me wrong information. After an hour of sending messages back and forth - I had to rather make a call to confirm all is in order so I dont have issues later. Agent name: Creason

We do our best to train each of our representatives on how to properly handle our customers’ issues, including how to escalate problems that they are unable to assist with. Your concern was not handled properly, and we are going to escalate the matter to Creason's team leader so that coaching may take place, depending on his/her past customer service, this might result in a disciplinary action being taken again her or him.
